Roy was amazing during my home inspection. He was very knowledgeable on every aspect of home construction. He allowed me to walk the entire property with him, he explain step by step what he was looking for and told me what was good/bad about the property. His home inspection report was very detailed and looked very professional. It helped me negotiate with the seller things that needed to be fixed before move in day.
